My Story

I grew up grounded in the Midwest. My spirit took flight through healing studies with Tibetan Monks, Shamans from South America and glorious world travel. "Home" is a farmhouse outside of Philadelphia.

I am a sculptor obsessed with sensual forms, a writer passionate about personal stories, and a mother to two wonderful sons. My practical creativity loves to rearrange spaces for clients and friends.

About My Sculpture

Sculpture is touchable poetry to me. Sensual shapes hold infinite meaning, metaphor and emotion. My work reflects the beauty and power I find in vulnerable, fertile gestures. I believe creativity is the embodiment of healing energy.

About My Writing

My authentic writing voice came alive in the back room of a train station cafe with a memoir group. Simple stories from my childhood broke through the professional constraints of a journalism degree and copy writing for hire. Now I write for myself, wild and from the heart.

My Studio

My sunny studio is a converted cow barn on a suburban patch of land once called "Paradise." It is just fifty steps from our house, a 250-year-old gardener's cottage on Philadelphia's Main Line. We welcome visitors to share wine or tea, and conversations about creativity!

About Room Rearranging

The sensibilities I bring to arranging furniture and objects are similar to my art practice. Harmony, flow, balance and movement through space are essential for a home or workplace to look, function and feel fantastic. I also invite Feng Shui principles into play.
